What You'll Do as a Shift Supervisor

As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring smooth operations during your shift while creating a positive and welcoming environment for both our team and guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and motivating team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Overseeing daily operations, including food preparation, cleanliness, and adherence to company standards.
• Assisting in training and onboarding new team members.
• Handling guest interactions and resolving any issues with professionalism and care.
• Supporting inventory management and ensuring proper use of resources.
• Maintaining a safe and efficient workplace for everyone.

This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with a close-knit team.

What We're Looking For

To shine in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, ideally in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A knack for problem-solving and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• A passion for great food and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
