Summary/Objective

The Project Coordinator Co-op role will be a part of Security Risk Advisors’ Advisory consulting services specializing in Purple Teams. Our style is dynamic, innovative, fast-paced, and highly rewarding for both our clients and our team. This is an outstanding opportunity to work with a wide variety of tools sets, see hownumerousorganizationsoperateinformation security, and interact with clients and SRA team members across multiplefacetsof securityand many different industries.

Essential Functions

  • Manages and updates documentation, templates, and documentation repositories.
  • Manages and coordinates internal Purple Team project meetings using Office 365.
  • Facilitates internal meetings & captures meeting minutes.
  • Initiates Purple Team project kick-off tasks using Monday Project Management platforms.
  • Communicates Purple Team project updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Manages internal project materials and tracking mechanisms.
  • Assistsin publishing weekly and monthly project updates.
  • Assistsin Purple Team program calendar management.
  • Assistsin tracking scheduling updates.
  • Assistswith setup, provisioning, and basic administration of user accounts and access across lab and cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Active Directory) in support of Purple Team engagements.
  • Supports basic lab infrastructure tasks such as provisioning virtual machines, resetting credentials, andmaintaininginfrastructure and asset inventories.
  • Assistswith documenting infrastructure setup, configuration, and teardown procedures for engagements.
  • Escalates technical issues or access requests to senior team members as needed and tracks resolution.

Work Environment

This joboperatesin a professional office environment, and all co-ops are expected to work in the office every day. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5pm. Occasional evening and weekend work may berequiredas job duties demand.

Co-ops are expected to work in-person at their assigned office 4/5 days per week unless otherwisepermittedby their supervisor.

Requirements

Required Education and Experience

  • Completion of high school education or equivalent (GED)
  • Punctuality andtimelyattendance to external client and internal stakeholder needs.
  • Basic understanding of IT fundamentals (operating systems, networking, or cloud concepts) gained through coursework, self-study, certifications, or personal projects.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

  • Residence in Eastern time zone preferred.
  • Previousexperience managing projects or leading teams preferred.
  • Previousworking experience with Office 365 and/or Monday Project Management Platform.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Pursuing or completed coursework/degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) or basic account/user administration.
  • Exposure toIT infrastructure orvirtualization.
