Safety and Compliance:
As a Lead Repair Operator, you are a critical function of our pooling operation. You will repair damaged containers to be put back into inventory to be utilized for our customers. This role will also entail operating a forklift when necessary to act on inventory management and support our team’s operation from a repair and scrap determination standpoint.

Qualifications:
Technical and maintenance expertise of relevant tools (ex. drill, drader gun, ratchet, hammer, screwdriver)
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
Ability to direct Team members to ensure process efficiency
Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures relevant to forklift operations as well as when utilizing power tools.
Ability to transport containers that weigh 225lbs through use of a pallet jack
Ability to drive a forklift while handling containers
