Pay: $20-27/hour Depending On Experience

What You'll Be Doing:
- Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork
- Complete high-quality installations efficiently and professionally
- Read blueprints and layouts to ensure systems are installed properly and up to code
- Test systems and make adjustments to ensure proper operation
- Work closely with team members to complete projects on schedule
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Deliver a strong customer experience from start to finish
- Mentor and assist apprentices when needed
What You Bring:
- 1+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- EPA certification required
- Strong understanding of ductwork, HVAC system design, and blueprints
- Safety-focused and physically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs
- Self-motivated, organized, and dependable
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug screening upon being given a conditional offer of employment
