PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Use of hand truck to move skids of chemicals
- Capable of identifying different types of chemicals
- Is able to fill and operate the feeder system at the Henschel blender and small adds station
- Can operate the Henschel blender to mix chemical blends
- Understands how to use the digital scales for weighing chemicals
- Determines which Henschel blend is needed per work order and calculates how many batches are required
- Determines which small adds are needed per work order and calculates how many bags are needed
- Knows the proper use of all Personal Protective Equipment required for this position
- Properly labels all containers of chemicals
- Keeps work area clean and free of safety hazards
- Commitment to ISO9001 and Continuous Improvement
- Identifies and/or records any problems relating to the product, process and the quality system
Hourly pay ranges from $21.62 to $21.94 based on experience, skills, and qualifications. This position is eligible for an annual performance increase, subject to or based on individual performance, business results, budgetary constraints, and other factors.
