Base Pay: $20.00-$45.00 per hour, based on experience

Entry-Level Technicians:$20.00-$25.00 per hour

Experienced Technicians:$26.00-$45.00 per hour

Plus Performance Incentives: Average technicians earn an additional $2.00-$3.00 per hour, while top-performing technicians can earn approximately $5.00 more per hour based on performance.

Schedule:Monday-Friday, starting at 7:00 AM, with a minimal rotating on-call schedule.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems
• Complete quality service work while minimizing callbacks
• Clearly explain findings and available options to customers
• Maintain accurate service documentation and company standards
• Participate in ongoing technical training

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience preferred
• Minimum 1 year of HVAC experience with a strong willingness and ability to learn for entry-level consideration
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for experienced-level placement
• Professional, customer-focused communication skills
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving history
• EPA Type II certification or ability to obtain it within 30 days of starting
