Material Handler
Location:Chicopee, MA
Pay Rate:$18.50/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Material Handler to join a growing manufacturing and warehouse team. This position is responsible for supporting daily shipping, receiving, inventory, and production operations in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Responsibilities:- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Receive incoming deliveries and verify product quantities
- Maintain accurate inventory and organize stock locations
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Supply materials to production teams as needed
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory control
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
Qualifications:- Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
