What You?ll Do:

As a Supervisor, you?ll manage cleaning teams across multiple evening commerciallocations and help ensure we deliver top-tier service every time. In addition to operations, this role could includedaytime lead generation and sales outreach?and we reward initiative. Earn acommission for every new account you help bring in!

Your Responsibilities:

• Duties (3?4 hours/day) - Starting on Weekends, with Weekday opportunities
• Train and supervise cleaning staff to meet high standards
• Perform routine inspections and address service issues
• Ensure compliance with procedures, job cards, and budgets
• Step in as needed to support open shifts or challenges
• Lead with integrity and foster a strong team dynamic
