This role operates a mill machine that forms metal into precision pipe, supporting a variety of industries including power generation, renewable energy, oil and gas, petrochemical, food and dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical, and general commercial applications. The position combines hands-on machine operation, basic mechanical troubleshooting, and quality-focused production work in a skilled environment where you can continuously learn and develop.

Work EnvironmentThe position is based in a non-union manufacturing plant with roughly 100 employees working across four shifts. Available schedules include A shift (Monday–Thursday, 5:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.), B shift (Monday–Thursday, 5:00 p.m.–5:00 a.m.), C shift (Friday–Sunday, 5:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.), and D shift (Friday–Sunday, 5:00 p.m.–5:00 a.m.). Training typically lasts 3 to 6 months before you work independently, providing ample time to learn the mill operation, safety procedures, and quality standards. The workplace is described as very safe and friendly, with a relaxed atmosphere that still maintains high expectations for safety, quality, and communication. You work with industrial mill equipment, measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers, and standard hand and power tools in a production environment designed to support precision metal tubing manufacturing.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
