Compensation:

$100,000 - $200,000+ Base + Commission


Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire a team of financial professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow your personal practice and support team members in achieving their goals.
  • Provide personalized coaching and mentorship to team members, helping them enhance their skills and client relationships.
  • Oversee client relationship management, ensuring exceptional service and tailored financial solutions are consistently delivered.
  • Drive business development initiatives, leveraging proven marketing channels to generate leads and expand the client base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on strategies and deliver holistic financial advice to clients.
  • Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring the team remains informed and compliant with best practices and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Active life/health insurance license and relevant securities licenses (or willingness to obtain).

  • Strong ability to lead, mentor, and inspire others.

  • Self-motivated with a passion for growth, both personally and as a leader.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Proven track record of success in financial services, insurance, wealth management, or a related industry.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a financial advisor or in a sales leadership role.
