PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE
Automation Personnel Services is looking for aProduction Associatefor a company based inFredericksburg, VA.In this role, you will have the opportunity to build valuable hands-on manufacturing skills while contributing to a team-oriented environment with a well-established door production company known for quality craftsmanship and steady growth.
Pay Rate
$17.00 per hour
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday,6:30am to3:00pm.
Production Associate’sDuties and Responsibilities
- Assist in the manufacturing and assembly of door components according to specifications.
- Operate basic hand and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble materials.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met and report any defects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safe and efficient production.
- Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines.
Production Associate’sQualificationsandRequirements
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed.
- Dependability and willingness to work as part of a team.
