Responsibilities:- Perform thorough cleaning and housekeeping duties across assigned commercial or residential properties
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize floors, surfaces, and fixtures to maintain high cleanliness standards
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
- Restock supplies such as paper products and soap dispensers
- Report any maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards to supervisors
- Follow all ServiceMaster cleaning protocols, procedures, and safety guidelines
Requirements:- Prior housekeeping, janitorial, or commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality cleaning standards
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
- Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods
- Valid driver's license or reliable transportation to job sites preferred
- Ability to pass a background check
