Pay Rate:

$18.00+ per hour, depending on experience

Shift:

12-hour shifts, Schedule B: Thursday–Saturday and every other Wednesday; 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and every other Wednesday.

What’s a typical day as a Production Worker? You’ll be:
  • Completing beading operations according to production instructions and safety guidelines
  • Operating and monitoring assigned manufacturing equipment
  • Performing visual and dimensional inspections of completed parts
  • Identifying and reporting defects, equipment concerns, or process issues
  • Completing required production and quality documentation
  • Maintaining production flow to meet daily goals
  • Following all safety, quality, and housekeeping procedures
  • Supporting other production activities as assigned
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have previous manufacturing or production experience (preferred)
  • Have beading experience (a plus, but not required)
  • Can quickly learn technical processes and equipment
  • Have strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Are able to follow instructions and work from specifications
  • Thrive in a fast-paced production environment
  • Are available to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and every other Wednesday
