The Lead Process Engineer is responsible for overseeing process development, optimization, and project execution across manufacturing operations while leading a team of process engineers and technicians. This role includes mentoring team members and managing formal performance feedback. The Lead Process Engineer and their team will support new product introductions, troubleshoot manufacturing issues, and drive efficiency and quality improvements across the facility. All tasks will be performed while supporting the policies, goals, and objectives of the company.
ResponsibilitiesThe work environment is a blend of 70% office and 30% on the production floor, requiring communication with production teams. The role is situated in a fast-paced manufacturing setting with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
