As we grow, we're adding a hands-on expert to set up and operate our Warren threader/header equipmentkeeping production running smoothly and quality at its peak.
A day in this roleYou arrive to an organized cell, review the job card, and select materials and tooling for a new production run. You configure and dial-in Warren threader/header machines, run first-piece checks with precision gauges, and adjust as needed to hit spec. As the line runs, you monitor equipment health, complete SPC charting, and keep everything well-lubricated and clean. You collaborate with supervisors, engineering, and maintenance to troubleshoot minor issues, then document the lot and move parts to the next operation.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to work near moving mechanical parts in a factory environment with noise, oil, and smoke.
The employee will be working with Automatic machines, precision measuring instruments, hand and fork lift trucks, scoops, weight scales, and copy machine.
