Medical Assistant (Bilingual – English/Spanish) Miami Lakes, FL | Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We are looking to hire a
Bilingual Medical Assistant to join our team at a busy medical center in Miami Lakes. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical and administrative experience, with the ability to provide excellent patient care while supporting daily office operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform phlebotomy and maintain valid phlebotomy license (required).
- Prepare and administer IVs and injections as ordered by providers.
- Assist with patient examinations, vital signs, and documentation.
- Coordinate patient care, including scheduling, follow-ups, and referrals.
- Enter and manage patient information in EMR/software systems accurately.
- Support providers with clinical and administrative tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment, following infection control standards.
Qualifications
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) – required.
- Current phlebotomy license with experience in blood draws and IV administration.
- Previous experience working in a medical center or primary care setting.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with EMR systems.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
Schedule & Location
- Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Location: Miami Lakes, FL.
