Plant Controller

Location: Willis, Texas (Onsite / No Travel)

Pay: $110,000–$125,000 + full benefits

A growing manufacturing group is seeking an experienced Plant Controller to lead financial operations for two facilities. This role partners closely with plant leadership and the North America finance team to drive performance, strengthen controls, and support strategic decisionmaking.

• Lead plant controlling activities: monthend close, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

• Partner with plant leadership to deliver financial analysis, recommendations, and performance insights.

• Oversee standard costing, inventory control, CAPEX, fixed assets, and costimprovement initiatives.

• Manage tariffrelated cost tracking, customer surcharge invoicing, and support AR to improve working capital.

• Strengthen internal controls, support audits, and ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• 3+ years in manufacturing finance, plant controlling, or cost accounting.

• Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, monthend close, and financial reporting.

• Deep understanding of standard costing, inventory accounting, and manufacturing operations.

• Advanced Excel skills and strong communication abilities.

• Multisite manufacturing finance experience.

• SAP and Hyperion/HYPKA experience.

• CPA or CMA a plus.

• $110K–$125K base salary
