We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate Swim Instructors to join our aquatics team. If you love working with people and enjoy helping swimmers build confidence, develop skills, and become safer in and around the water, we would love to hear from you!

About the Position

Our Swim Instructors teach swimmers of all ages, ability levels, and needs from beginners learning the fundamentals to more advanced swimmers looking to improve their technique.

We are looking for reliable instructors who can create a positive, encouraging, and engaging learning environment while adapting instruction to meet each swimmer's individual needs.

Responsibilities

• Teach private, semi-private, and group swim lessons

• Provide instruction to swimmers of various ages and skill levels
• Adapt teaching techniques to accommodate individual learning styles and abilities

• Maintain a safe, positive, and welcoming pool environment
• Communicate effectively with swimmers and parents/guardians
• Provide constructive feedback and track swimmer progress
• Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled lessons
• Follow all facility safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

Applicants must meet at least one of the following:

• CPR Certification

Additional certifications, aquatic experience, or experience working with children and adults are a plus.

• Is patient, encouraging, and enthusiastic
• Enjoys working with children, teens, and adults
• Is comfortable teaching swimmers of varying abilities
• Is dependable and professional
• Can create a fun and supportive learning environment
• Has experience in or interest in learning how to teach special needs lessons
• Takes pride in helping swimmers reach their goals
• Lifeguard (LG) certification
• 3+ years of experience teaching swim lessons
