RN Educator
Location: 25-minutes from Albany, NY
Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Salary: $100,000

A well-established skilled nursing and rehabilitation organization is seeking an experienced RN Educator to support staff development and clinical education within a long-term care setting. This role is responsible for developing and implementing educational programs, supporting clinical competency, and promoting best practices and regulatory compliance across the nursing team.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement evidence-based education and training programs to enhance staff competency and quality of care.
Collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams to assess educational needs and improve clinical performance.
Create, review, and update training materials, policies, procedures, and clinical resources.
Provide education on clinical protocols, compliance standards, and best practices.
Conduct orientation and onboarding for newly hired staff.
Perform quality audits and monitor adherence to company and regulatory standards.
Current New York State RN license required.
Associate’s Degree in Healthcare or related field required.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
Ability to promote a positive learning environment and support staff development.
