We’re looking for friendly, self-motivated individuals to join our team as Customer ExperienceAssociates. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients’ customers, ensuring they feelwelcomed and valued.

Responsibilities:

Present and promote products/services in-store to customers

Resolve customer concerns professionally

Represent the company and clients professionally

Report new customer acquisitions and sales

Stay up-to-date on product knowledge

Qualifications:

High school diploma required; Associates or Bachelor’s preferred

0–1 years experience in retail, customer service, sales, or hospitality

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Friendly, energetic, and self-motivated

Works well independently and in a team
