Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 7:00AM-3:30PM

Position Overview:
HiFyve is hiring an Aerospace Deburr Technician / Polisher for a growing precision manufacturer in Meriden, CT.
You'll perform detailed deburring, polishing, and finishing work on precision aerospace components where workmanship and attention to detail matter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deburr, polish, and hand-finish precision metal components
- Remove burrs and surface imperfections to blueprint/specification requirements
- Use grinders, orbital sanders, and other hand, electric, and pneumatic tools
- Read blueprints, work instructions, and production documentation
- Inspect finished components for quality and workmanship
- Perform touch-up and rework when needed
- Complete production documentation accurately
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- 1+ year of deburring, polishing, metal finishing, assembly, or similar manufacturing experience
- Experience using hand, electric, and pneumatic tools
- Ability to read blueprints and work instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and work history
- Aerospace, CNC machining, or precision manufacturing experience preferred
- Caliper, micrometer, or gauge experience is a plus
