As a Retail Host at Natty West, you’ll be the face of our store, ensuring every customer feels welcome and valued. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and engaging with customers to provide an exceptional shopping experience.
• Assisting customers with product inquiries and helping them find their perfect items.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Staying on top of inventory organization and ensuring products are well-stocked.
• Taking initiative to identify opportunities for improving the customer experience.

We’re searching for someone who:

• Has at least 1 year of experience in a retail or customer-facing role.
• Thrives in social settings and enjoys engaging with customers.
• Is highly organized and pays attention to detail.
• Takes initiative and is proactive in tackling tasks and challenges.
