RDR is seeking General Yard Laborers to round out our Ready-Mix Division.
Job Summary
- Provide physical assistance to mechanics, mixer drivers, and loader operators to support operation activities.
- Support processes related to precast production.
- Understand how to accurately take measurements.
- Assist with mechanical work in the shop.
- Load and unload equipment and materials.
- Keep worksite and shop clean and organized free from unnecessary hazards.
- Perform regular lawn maintenance around the mixer facility.
- Perform regular maintenance and cleaning on assigned vehicles and equipment.
- Come to work on time and consistently with a good attitude and work the hours needed to fulfill the job requirements.
Preferred Qualificaions
- Able to work outside in varying weather conditions.
- Able to lift - up to 75 lbs., stand for long periods of time, walk, squat, crouch.
- Able to work up to and at times greater than 10 hour days
- Must be proficient with hand tools
