Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations for our JOC program in Tracy, CA.

This ideal candidate has excellent multi-tasking skills, knows how to schedule and coordinate diverse trades, and excels at working inside occupied public facilities with minimal disruption.

Multi-Project Oversight: Manage and coordinate field activities across simultaneous JOC task orders from mobilization through final punch list.

Trade & Subcontractor Coordination: Schedule, direct, and hold local subcontractors and suppliers accountable for quality and timeline commitments.

Daily Documentation: Keep meticulous daily logs, phots record, and look-ahead schedules using construction management software.

Scope : Assist project manager with initial job-site walkthroughs to help verify scopes of work

Job Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 3-5+ years as a commercial Construction Superintendent.

JOC Knowledge: Strong preference given to candidates with prior JOC, IDIQ, task-order, or public-works experience.

Certifications: Valid California Driver's License and OSHA 30 certification required.

Tech Savvy: Proficient with smartphone apps, digital blueprints, and construction software.

Soft Skills: Exceptional active communication, firm leadership presence, and a collaborative spirit.
