Job Responsibilities:

  • Developed and implemented sampling procedures, quality standards, and inspection methodologies to evaluate product quality, reliability, and process performance.
  • Designed and maintained forms, reports, and documentation systems for recording, analyzing, and reporting quality and reliability data.
  • Established and monitored programs to evaluate the precision, accuracy, and effectiveness of production, testing, measurement, and analytical equipment.
  • Conducted quality audits and assessments to ensure compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Prepared training materials and delivered training sessions to employees on quality control procedures, inspection techniques, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitored incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to verify conformance to quality specifications and performance requirements.
  • Directed and supervised personnel engaged in product inspections, testing activities, measurements, and quality data collection.
  • Analyzed quality trends, identified root causes of defects, and implemented corrective and preventive actions to improve product reliability and process efficiency.

The ideal candidate will need to have knowledge of PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC, and FMEA. The knowledge of mini tab software and MS suites are a must for this role. This role is an onsite position.
