We are looking for a dependable and caring Direct Support Professional (DSP) to assist adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. DSPs help individuals with daily living activities, personal care, meal preparation, medication assistance, transportation, community outings, and maintaining a safe and clean home environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist individuals with daily living and personal care needs
- Prepare meals and assist with household duties
- Support individuals during community activities and appointments
- Follow individual care and behavior support plans
- Complete basic daily documentation
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and positive environment
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Reliable and responsible
- Able to pass required background clearances
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- DSP experience is preferred but not required
- Training will be provided
