As a Line Cook at Luckey's BBQ Place, you'll play a key role in bringing our signature dishes to life. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking high-quality BBQ dishes with precision and care.
• Managing station prep to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Maintaining consistency and quality in every plate served to our guests.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to keep up with the demands of a fast-paced environment.
• Adhering to food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe workspace.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a similar role.
• A passion for authentic BBQ and wood-fired cooking techniques.
• The ability to thrive under pressure and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong teamwork skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for our guests.
