Arrow Systems, Inc. manufactures and distributes industrial digital printing and finishing equipment to customers worldwide. We are seeking a dependable, hands-on technician to join our team.
Printing experience is not requiredwe will train the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble, test, install, and maintain printing equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, software, and basic networking issues
- Provide technical support by phone, email, and at customer locations
- Travel for equipment installations, training, and repairs
Qualifications:
- Enjoys working hands-on with equipment and learning how things work
- Comfortable using basic tools and computers
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Dependable, organized, and able to work independently
- Professional communication and customer-service skills
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
