We're looking for a dedicated Retail Customer Service Associate to join our team and make a difference.

As a Retail Customer Service Associate, you’ll be the face of HOPE'S OUTLET-SHERMAN, ensuring every customer feels valued and appreciated. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing friendly and efficient service to customers, answering questions, and assisting with purchases.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Handling merchandise, including stocking shelves and organizing displays.
• Operating the cash register and processing transactions accurately.
• Supporting team members with various tasks to keep the store running smoothly.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail role is preferred.
• The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• A strong work ethic and attention to detail.
