How You Will Make An Impact
- Analyze and organize data originating from enterprise applications, spreadsheets, reports, and upstream source systems.
- Partner with stakeholders and data development teams to understand data sources being integrated into a centralized cybersecurity data warehouse.
- Translate business and technical needs into clear data requirements and source-to-target understanding.
- Clean, validate, and assess source data to improve quality and usability for downstream cybersecurity reporting and analytics.
- Analyze trends, patterns, and operational performance using Excel and business intelligence tools.
- Support data initiatives tied to data security, data loss prevention, encryption, and broader information protection programs.
- Communicate data findings, issues, and requirements effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
Do You Bring Proven Success In Cybersecurity Data Analysis And Data Operations?
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience is preferred for this senior-level requisition.
- Strong experience analyzing complex datasets and working with multiple upstream data sources.
- Demonstrated ability to gather, document, and translate data requirements for technical or development teams.
- Strong Excel skills and experience with business intelligence or reporting tools.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify data-quality issues, patterns, and inconsistencies.
- Effective communication skills and experience partnering across business, cybersecurity, and technical teams.
- SQL and relational database experience is highly desirable.
- Python experience is a plus.
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, or comparable visualization platforms is beneficial.
- Familiarity with enterprise information protection, encryption, DLP, or data security technologies is a strong advantage.
- Exposure to platforms such as Proofpoint, Varonis, Microsoft Purview, CyberArk, Venafi, or Azure Key Vault is beneficial.
