We’re hiring aBusiness Operations Managerfor a growing precision manufacturer supporting theaerospace, defense, medical, semiconductor, and other mission-critical industries.

This person will work closely with thecompany President, engineering and manufacturing teams, and leadership at the parent companyto oversee the day-to-day administrative, financial, and business operations of the facility.

We’re looking for a versatile, proactive professional who can work acrossbookkeeping, accounting support, JobBOSS² ERP, payroll, inventory, customer communication, and general business operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and having visibility across the entire business.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-daybookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoicing
  • Perform financial reconciliations and maintain accurate accounting records
  • Supportpayroll processing, employee time tracking, and related administration
  • Maintain accurate operational and financial data withinJobBOSS² and accounting systems
  • Support inventory tracking, purchasing, work orders, and production-related ERP activities
  • Track and help report onbudgets, financial performance, and key business metrics
  • Assist leadership with reporting, analysis, and operational planning
  • Help managecustomer relationships, communications, and administrative requests
  • Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and leadership to keep business priorities organized and moving forward
  • Oversee general office administration, vendors, documentation, and employee-related needs
  • Support cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Experience inbusiness operations, office management, bookkeeping, accounting, or manufacturing administration
  • Strong understanding ofAP/AR, reconciliations, payroll, budgeting, and financial reporting
  • Experience withJobBOSS²preferred; other manufacturing ERP/MRP experience considered
  • Ability to work with operational and financial data, identify trends, and support decision-making
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities across multiple functions
  • Excellent communication and ability to work withexecutives, engineers, manufacturing teams, customers, and vendors
  • Proactive, resourceful, and highly detail-oriented
  • Manufacturing, precision machining, aerospace, defense, or another industrial background is strongly preferred
