Kelly® is hiring CNC Machine Operators with a leading medical-device manufacturer in West Chester, PA. This is a clean, professional, and safety-focused environment where employees manufacture precision components used in orthopedic medical devices.

Entry-level candidates with relevant schooling, technical training, or hands-on CNC experience are also welcome to apply!

Location: West Chester, PA
Pay: $27.00–$33.00 per hour, depending on experience and shift
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm

Available Shifts

  • 2nd shift: 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.
  • 3rd shift: 10:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m.
Training: Must be able to train on a day shift for approx. 1 month.

What You’ll Do

As a CNC Machine Operator, you will:

  • Operate CNC machines, drill presses, lathes, milling machines, and other machine tools.
  • Read and follow blueprints, sketches, production diagrams, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
  • Fabricate precision-machined components.
  • Perform basic shop calculations to determine tooling feeds, speeds, and layouts.
  • Inspect parts using precision measuring tools, including micrometers, dial indicators, and calipers.
  • Perform basic machine programming or adjustments as needed.
  • Work with the Lead to complete jobs accurately and on schedule.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need

  • Previous work experience operating CNC equipment
  • Experience with CNC, lathe, or manual machines
  • Entry-level candidates with CNC-related schooling, technical training, or hands-on experience in CNC machining, programming, or machine setup are encouraged to apply.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to read blueprints and perform basic math and angle calculations.
  • Working knowledge of hand-measuring and inspection tools.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to perform physical work, including lifting approximately 50–75 pounds.
