As a Preceptor Recruiter, you're the person who makes those connections happen and you'll do it using the clinical expertise and peer relationships you've built throughout your NP career.

No one can open a door with another NP the way a fellow NP can.

What you'll do:

You'll build and manage a territory of nurse practitioners and physicians who serve as clinical preceptors for NP students. You're their go-to resource helping them get onboarded, keeping their availability current, and making sure they're matched with the right students.

You'll also grow that network by recruiting new preceptors through referrals, LinkedIn outreach, and NP-specific platforms. Think of it as NP-to-NP relationship building, with a clear purpose and a direct impact on your profession.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Serving as the primary point of contact for preceptors in your territory, ensuring they're well-supported and satisfied
• Recruiting new preceptors through peer referrals, LinkedIn/Indeed sourcing, and professional networks
• Guiding preceptors through onboarding and keeping their profiles and availability up to date
• Collaborating with the student success team to facilitate student-preceptor placements
• Tracking territory metrics and identifying high-demand areas where students need placement support
• Partnering with marketing on targeted outreach strategies for your region

Who thrives here

• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) required. This is not a role for someone with a nursing background alone. Your NP credential is what makes the peer-to-peer connection work.
• You're comfortable reaching out to fellow clinicians and you know how to have a real conversation with another NP about their bandwidth, interests, and availability.
• You're organized and self-directed; you can manage a large, active network of relationships without things falling through the cracks.
• You're motivated by outcomes. You'll have clear metrics, real earning potential tied to your results, and the satisfaction of seeing students placed.
• Sales or account management experience is a genuine plus, but it's your clinical credibility that will set you apart.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $100,000+
• Performance bonuses: Uncapped
