Forklift Operator

Location: Madera, CA

Pay Rate: $17.00 / hour

Shift: 1st Shift

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our team in Madera, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for operating industrial trucks to load, unload, move, and stack materials efficiently throughout the facility. The ideal candidate maintains high safety standards, pays strong attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move inventory.
  • Load and unload incoming and outgoing freight safely and efficiently.
  • Move goods to designated storage areas and stack materials as required.
  • Perform routine daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues promptly.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or distribution setting.
  • Valid forklift certification preferred (or willingness to complete company certification).
  • Strong awareness of workplace safety protocols.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver materials as needed.
  • Excellent punctuality and dependable work ethic.
