From first lift to final panel, you’ll help bring pre-engineered metal buildings to liferigging components, guiding picks with precise crane signals, and locking structural members into place before finishing the envelope with siding, roofing, and insulation. You’ll also pitch in on additional tasks as directed by the foreman to keep the build moving.

• Erect commercial pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB)
• Perform rigging, manage shake-outs, and communicate crane signals
• Connect and bolt beams, purlins, and girders
• Install siding, roofing, and insulation systems
• Complete foreman-assigned duties to support the crew

• 1+ years of hands-on PEMB experience
• Basic hand tools
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Commitment to construction site safety
• Dependability and the ability to follow direction

Starting pay: $22.00/h - $30.00/h
