• Prepare and update PPAPs
• Prepare and update Process Control Plans, FMEA’s and Process Inspection Instructions
• SPC monitoring and Capability (CPK, PPK) improvements
• Champion Problem resolution and Corrective Action activities
• Customer Interactions
• Attend feasibility meetings/new launches
• Approves rework and provides deviations for non-compliant material
