CNC Programmer Machinist

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Insight Global's new client is a steel fabrication shop looking to bring a Class A CNC Programmer onto their staff in Los Alamos, NM. The client is looking for an individual capable of setting up, programming, and operating 3-5 axis equipment.

We're looking for candidates with a passion for creating products from technical drawings and those that are committed to producing high quality work.

MUST HAVES:

• 5+ years of experience as a Class A/Senior Machinist in a precision manufacturing environment
• Advanced CNC machining/set up experience
• Advanced knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing
• Strong proficiency with a variety of measuring/machining tools and equipment
• Machinery:
• • CNC lathes and mills, multi-axis machines
• Software:
• • CAD/CAM

PLUSSES:

• Experience working within a highly regulated environment, or with highly regulated requirements like nuclear or government
