We are currently hiring General Laborers to support daily operations for a local municipality in Troup, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, serving their community, and performing a variety of hands-on tasks that help keep the city running smoothly.

No experience required! We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

• Perform general labor duties outdoors in various weather conditions
• Assist with city maintenance projects and public works activities
• Pick up debris and help maintain city properties, streets, and public areas
• Use hand tools and equipment as directed
• Load, unload, and move materials and supplies
• Follow work assignments from supervisors and department personnel
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety rules and procedures

• No experience necessary
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Valid driver's license preferred but not required

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching
• Ability to perform physical labor throughout the workday
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
