Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Sparta, NJ
Schedule: Part-time, approximately 10–25 hours per week
Location: Sparta, New Jersey
Ameriwell Care is seeking a confident, responsible, patient, and kind DSP to support a bright 23-year-old nonverbal individual in Sparta, NJ.
Responsibilities:
Help the individual develop life skills and greater independence
Accompany the individual into the community to pursue hobbies, interests, and meaningful activities
Learn and follow the individual’s preferred communication methods
Qualifications:
Must be confident, responsible, dependable, patient, and kind
Willingness to learn the individual’s unique communication style (RPM/ASL)
