Do you have a passion for luxury interiors, exceptional client experiences, and relationship-driven sales?

Baker is seeking an experienced and polished Sales Associate to join our Atlanta showroom team. This is more than a sales role it’s an opportunity to work with one of the industry’s most respected names in luxury furnishings while building meaningful relationships within the design community.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a sophisticated, fast-paced environment and understands the importance of white-glove customer service, attention to detail, and follow-through.

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | In-Person

What You’ll Do:
• Cultivate and grow relationships with designers, clients, and industry professionals
• Deliver an elevated showroom experience with professionalism and hospitality
• Manage quotations, order entry, and customer communications with accuracy and urgency
• Serve as a trusted resource on luxury furnishings, finishes, fabrics, and product options
• Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless order management and customer satisfaction
• Participate in showroom events and help maintain an inspiring showroom environment
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop new business

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in luxury sales, high-end customer service, or the furniture/design industry
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities
• Passion for interior design, furnishings, and the client experience
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented showroom environment
