We’re looking for motivated individuals who want to grow in real estate without having to figure everything out on their own. Whether you’re newly licensed or actively working toward your license, you’ll have access to the tools, coaching, and opportunities needed to start building your business.

Leads are provided from multiple sources, giving you real opportunities to connect with potential buyers and sellers. You’ll learn how to follow up effectively, build client relationships, conduct property showings, prospect for additional business, and move opportunities from the first conversation through closing.

You’ll also have access to structured coaching and mentorship from experienced professionals. The focus is on helping you develop practical skills in prospecting, sales, follow-up, and client service while building the habits needed for consistent production.

A high commission split allows you to keep more of what you earn as your business grows.

This opportunity is a strong fit for someone who is motivated, coachable, comfortable talking with people, and serious about building a long-term real estate career.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $150,000+

Compensation:

Responsibilities:
  • Connect with potential buyers and sellers through provided leads, building meaningful relationships.
  • Conduct property showings, ensuring clients experience the full potential of each listing.
  • Follow up with prospects promptly, maintaining a consistent communication flow.
  • Collaborate with experienced mentors to refine your sales techniques and client service skills.
  • Prospect for new business opportunities, expanding your network and client base.
  • Guide clients through the buying or selling process, ensuring a smooth transaction from start to finish.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your real estate knowledge and skills continuously.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to connect with clients and build relationships.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, ensuring clear and professional interactions.
  • Proven track record of self-motivation and a strong work ethic, demonstrating your commitment to achieving goals.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt, embracing continuous training and mentorship to enhance your real estate skills.
  • Comfortable using technology and real estate software to manage leads and client information efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating with mentors and team members to achieve shared objectives.
