Multi-Process Fabrication Welder

• Produce high-quality welds aligned with job specifications and quality standards
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols to plan each weld
• Set up and operate welding equipment for MIG (GMAW), TIG (GTAW), Stick (SMAW), Flux-Core (FCAW), and Arc processes
• Select appropriate processes, filler metals, and machine settings for different alloys and thicknesses
• Weld aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, plate, pipe, and structural components
• Inspect welds for accuracy, strength, and defects; make adjustments as needed
• Perform grinding, cutting, fitting, and fabrication tasks to support assembly
• Measure, align, and position materials with accuracy
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Maintain equipment and keep work areas orderly
• Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements without compromise
• Hit production goals while upholding top-tier quality
• Work independently and collaborate smoothly with a team

• Experience in any of the following is valued: MIG, TIG, Stick, Flux-Core, Arc, structural, production, pipe, plate, aluminum, stainless, carbon, robotic welding, welding assembly, and repair welding
• Proven ability to produce consistent, sound welds
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort with tools
• Blueprint/welding symbol literacy is a plus
• Detail-oriented with dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Capable of standing, bending, lifting, and working for extended periods in a physically demanding industrial environment
• Committed to safety and quality at every step
