Westaff is hiring an Accounts Payable Clerk for a growing company in Warwick, RI! If you're someone who takes pride in accuracy, enjoys problem-solving, and likes keeping financial operations running smoothly, this could be the perfect fit.
You'll play an important role in supporting the accounting team by ensuring invoices are processed correctly, vendor accounts stay current, and payments are handled efficiently.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
Processing and entering vendor invoices accurately
Reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies
Researching invoice and payment issues to ensure timely resolution
Communicating with vendors and internal departments regarding payments
Assisting with month-end accounting tasks
Maintaining organized financial records and documentation
What Makes You a Great Fit?
Previous Accounts Payable experience required
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Professional communication and customer service skills
