Customer Service/Order Entry Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service/Order Entry specialist to join a growing manufacturing organization. This permanent position supports customers and internal teams by managing part quotations, entering orders, and helping maintain reliable after-market product availability. The role is well suited for someone who enjoys balancing customer communication, purchasing coordination, and administrative accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize SAP software to prepare accurate and detailed quotes for after-market parts.
• Collaborate with suppliers to determine lead times and ensure timely delivery of parts.
• Work closely with procurement teams in US and Europe to optimize inventory and meet customer demands.
• Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
• Field customer inquiries.

• Experience in customer service, order processing, purchasing, or a related operational support role.

• Strong accuracy and attention to detail when handling quotations, order entry, and documentation.

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with purchasing workflows, inventory coordination, and supplier lead time management.
