Description:

Able to deal with upset customer from time to time
Checking in service bikes.
Minor bike repairs, ie.. Flat tire repair, battery inspection, Brake adjustments.
Documenting service needed and customers concerns
Troubleshooting
Ability and motivation to learn about unknown bikes, parts and accessories
Ability to work in a team environment
Have the ability to bend, stoop, and kneel for periods of time.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds by oneself(Most E-bikes weigh more)
Able to stand for long periods of time.
Able to ride a bike or ability to learn how to.
Must be able to use computers, hand tools, power tools, step ladders.
Positive attitude.
