As a Barista, you’ll be at the heart of creating memorable experiences for our customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and connecting with every customer to make them feel welcome.
• Answering questions and sharing your knowledge about our products with enthusiasm.
• Suggesting gift cards, additional products, and merchandise to enhance the customer experience.
• Taking orders, processing payments, and managing the cash drawer with accuracy and friendliness.
• Preparing and serving drinks and food items to perfection, following brand recipes and guidelines.
• Ensuring every order is delivered quickly and correctly, with a smile.
• Keeping the store clean and organized, from the customer area to behind the counter.
• Restocking workstations, supplies, and merchandise to keep the workflow smooth.
• Maintaining and cleaning store equipment to ensure everything runs efficiently.
• Showing genuine appreciation to every customer who walks through our doors.
