SUMMARY

The incumbent is responsible to the Project Manager or CFO for management of all aspects of a project. Performs administrative duties associated with the position plus the following.

MONDAY-FRIDAY, 4:00PM-12:00AM; ON CALL AS NEEDED

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  1. Improves and promotes quality, responds promptly to customer needs, acting within established policies and procedures.
  2. Will communicate changes and progress of assigned tasks to the Project Manager or CFO.
  3. Uses intuition and experience to; design work flow, procedures, and complete tasks.
  4. Assigns duties and examines for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.
  5. Schedules work and vacation for all employees.
  6. On time sheets verifies accuracy of entries. Maintains leave and vacation balances for employees. Prepares and verifies payroll and associated reports.
  7. Will issue written and oral instructions to subordinates.
  8. Will pursue employee training and development opportunities to include; appraising performance, rewarding, and counseling employees.
  9. Is responsible for maintaining security of all assigned facilities and equipment.
  10. Prepares and maintains training records.
  11. Prepares and submits personnel evaluations monthly as due.
  12. Files and maintains reports of inspection.
  13. Ensures work areas are kept neat and uncluttered.
  14. Prepares evaluations on all employees in accordance with established guidelines.
  15. Orders and maintains a stock level of supplies and equipment necessary to accomplish all job requirements.
  16. Will ensure compliance with the policies on release of consumer information.
  17. Will be in compliance with applicable privacy laws to safeguard all consumer information.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and at least one year experience in supervision.
