In this role, you’ll deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home and in community settings while following individualized treatment plans under BCBA guidance and tracking progress through accurate data.
Pay:$22 - $29 / hour
Schedule Availability Requirement: Part-Time, Monday - Friday between 4pm - 7pm (schedule varies within this window based on client needs) and occasional weekends as needed
Required Training Availability: All new hires must be available for two weeks of onboarding training, which includes:
- Virtual sessions from 9am to 1pm
- In-person shadowing from1pm to 4pmor4pm to 7pm

Responsibilities- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home and approved community settings
- Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs under BCBA supervision
- Follow individualized treatment plans
- Collect and recordaccuratesession data
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and families
- Attend scheduled supervision, training, and staff meetings
Required Skills- High school diploma or GEDrequired
- Minimum1 year of ABA experiencepreferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel locally between clinic and in-home sessions
- CPR certificationrequired - reimbursement available after first 90 days of employment!
- TB testrequired
- Proof of auto insurancerequired
- Ability tolift up to 40 pounds and respond quickly for client safety
- Ability to pass background screening
- Active RBT certification, strongly preferred
- Enrollment in BCBA orBCaBAcoursework is a plus
