Sell home, auto, and other insurance products
Follow up with leads and potential customers
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Prepare insurance quotes and explain coverage options
Follow up with customers by phone, text, and email
Meet sales goals and help grow the agency
High school diploma or equivalent.
Property Casualty license is preferred or willingness to obtain Insurance License within 30 days.

Strong comfort level with initiating conversations and building rapport with new people.
Basic computer literacy and comfort with web-based platforms.
Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
