As a Local Class A & B Driver, you’ll play a key role in delivering specialty wood products to customers across the region while representing Chesapeake Plywood with professionalism and precision. This position offers consistent weekday routes, guaranteed weekly earnings, and performance-based commission, giving experienced drivers a clear path to a well paid role while maintaining work-life balance with no nights or weekends.

Operate Class A and Class B trucks like a boss.

Track and document everything using E-logs because professionalism is key.

Secure, tarp, and protect loads with precision!

Ensure delivery tickets/BOLs are signed and submitted with great attention to detail.

Report any issues immediately to dispatch for quickly solved problems.

Make smart calls on fueling, PPE, and safety because we always think ahead.

Requirements

• 2 years Driving experience is required and 1yr Flatbed experience preferred with experience of flatbeds and tarping
• Current CDL Class A & B License – No exceptions. (Drivers may be asked to drive either Class A or B vehicles)
• Valid DOT Medical Card .
• TWIC card (or have applied)
• Impeccable driving record
• Master of time management & adaptability
• Clear communicator & team player
• Safety-first mindset
• Pass a background check & drug

Benefits

Pay Range: Clear Path to Earning $65K - $75K Annually

Compensation Breakdown:

• Competitive Pay Per Mile
• Guaranteed Weekly Min & Commission Pay
• Earn a minimum of $1,200 Per Week

Schedule:

• Full-Time, In-Person Position
• Monday - Friday
• No weekends & no nights
• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus after successfully completing the new hire integration plan.
